Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum negotiated on experience
Work Location: Main office in Sheffield (near Don Valley Stadium)
Training: Specific to the role and core business requirements, at start of employment and throughout tenure.
Work Hours: Weekdays, 8am - 4:30pm (finishing at 3:30pm on Fridays) 1x hour unpaid break
Holidays: 25 days and bank holidays, plus extra day each year after 5 years of service (max 28 days)

Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
Proficiency in Sage and Excel.
Attention to detail and deadline management.
Familiarity with UK tax law and employment regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to secure grants and financial incentives.
HR & Systems Support:
Experience with employee benefits and digital HR records.
Confident using HRIS platforms (preferably Sage HR).
Capable of reporting on absence trends.
