Long Stratton Leisure Centre boasts a state-of-the-art gym, soft play, a studio, a multi-functional Sports Hall and a Café. We are looking for an enthusiastic Leisure Assistant to join our team and help to make every visit to our centre a great experience. You'll be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring they receive a friendly, professional and helpful service. You'll play a key role in promoting a positive image of the centre and the Council, whilst keeping up to date with our policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and resolve membership and usage enquiries at first point of contact. Assist with supervising roller-skating sessions and ensure a safe environment for all participants. Administer First Aid when required. Conduct tours for prospective members and support membership sales. Prepare and serve food and drinks in our café area. Support the delivery of events and hospitality across the centre. About You With previous experience in a customer facing role, you will have a friendly and approachable attitude with the ability to work confidently in a busy environment, and handle customer queries effectively.
