Strong technical expertise, with a track record in fault diagnosis, problem solving, and driving continuous improvement. Commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets and contributing to re-forecasting processes. Excellent communication and people skills, with the credibility to influence across all factory levels. Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, able to balance short-term pressures with long-term tactical thinking. Lean operations experience, backed by strong planning, analytical and project management skills.
