PAID MEDIA CREATIVE STRATEGIST – AGENCY SIDE
We’re hiring an ambitious Performance Marketing Creative Strategist to join a high-performing creative function within a fast-growing, innovation-led organisation. This is an opportunity to shape best-in-class paid media creative, run strategic client workshops, and influence how brands evolve their digital presence through insight, testing and creative excellence. You’ll work at pace, collaborate cross-functionally, and play a pivotal role in producing creative that drives measurable performance.
What They Need
* Someone who can design and lead workshops with senior stakeholders, uncovering insight, opportunities and creative direction
* A paid social expert, experienced in developing platform-native ad concepts across Meta, TikTok and other key performance channels
* Someone who enjoys customer listening, digging into the “why”, and using performance data to inform creative decisions
* A creative strategist who can confidently brief creators, refine ad concepts, and build scalable testing frameworks to improve output over time
* Someone with charisma, strong communication skills and the confidence to present, advise and challenge thinking in a fast-paced client environment
What You’re Great At
* A digital-native thinker with expertise in paid-media best practice (Meta is essential; TikTok/Google/Snap beneficial)
* Deep experience in interpreting data, using analytics platforms/reporting tools, and turning performance signals into actionable creative direction
* Strong presenter with excellent storytelling, communication and workshop-facilitation skills
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple briefs at once and work across several client accounts with speed and clarity
* Skilled in strategy and execution, from running audits and developing personas through to writing briefs, testing roadmaps, and refining assets based on insight
