The role:
You will oversee resident care and staffing. If you're a Deputy, you already understand most aspects of this role; the rest can be learned.
The key qualities for this role are being firm but fair, proactive in maintaining occupancy, and a natural people person with compassion and confidence. Leading by example and being hands-on are important.
About you:
You are a Deputy Home Manager confident in your leadership skills and eager to step up in a supportive environment. If you're already a Home Manager, that's a plus—you'll be able to start immediately.
Having a clinical background is useful, but not essential. Both nurses and non-nurses are supported clinically here.
