Sales Administrator - Immediate Start
Team Valley, Gateshead
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.
Pay: £14.29ph paid weekly through OA.
Work type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement after 3–6 months.
What You'll Do
* Managing Incoming Enquiries – Handle emails and telephone calls from commercial customers with professionalism and care.
* Job Logging and Creation – Use Simpro to log and create jobs (experience with similar tools is a bonus).
* Appointment Coordination – Schedule jobs and arrange appointments with field engineers efficiently.
* General Administrative Tasks – Use Excel and other tools to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
* Team Player – Bring a can‑do attitude and flexibility to help with various tasks as needed.
* Ordering Supplies – Order uniforms and supplies when required.
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in a Sales Administrator or Service Coordinator role is preferred but not essential.
* Proactive and positive with an enthusiastic, solution‑oriented mindset.
* Organised and detail‑oriented; able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
* Team player who enjoys collaboration and achieving common goals.
* Good communicator – clear written and verbal communication.
