AssetManagement Alternatives Execution & Closing team members are operationalsubject matter experts who play a critical role in supporting bespoke andvaried transactions. Primary responsibilities in this highly varied and dynamicrole include partnering with the business to book and close transactions,supporting new business activity including the launch of new fund entities,monitoring associated operational controls, and helping the team driveinfrastructure enhancement initiatives.
Role Overview:
The AssetManagement Alternatives Private Execution and Closing (AM Alts E&C) team isseeking an Analyst to help support the various business lines withinAlternative Asset Management.
This is anexceptionally diverse role that entails collaboration with global Deal teams,Strategists, Controllers, Legal, Technologists, Risk, Credit, Tax, Compliance& cross Operational groups to facilitate a business that is multi-asset,dynamic and bespoke. The Execution and Closing team provides trade processingsupport across a number of asset classes including Public & PrivateSecurities, Loans, and bespoke structures for issuers which span industrysectors.
Thesuccessful individual will be expected to work in a team of Execution andClosing professionals and exhibit the following skills: proven leadership andorganisational skills, commercial thinking, strong attention to detail,creativity, whilst ensuring the highest level of risk management.

Required Skills and Experience:
* 1-5 years experiencewithin Asset Management Middle Office functions
* Experiencewithin either Loans, Equities, Bonds or Derivatives
* Able towork well in a team environment - across teams and regions
* Strongorganisational and people management skills
* Candidatemust be comfortable working in a high pressure environment
* Confidentin their verbal and written communication, especially with senior audience
* Strongproblem solving and presentation skills
