About You

Training is available to reach the appropriate level, and relevant experience and qualifications like Test and Inspection of Electrical Installations City & Guilds or equivalent facilities management qualifications will be considered.
You should have practical knowledge and several years of experience in maintaining, installing, and assuring M&E building systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach are required. Experience in leading small teams is advantageous.
A full UK driving license is mandatory.

We provide an induction to familiarize you with our operations, along with a buddy to support your settling-in process. Additional training will be available through in-house and external providers, with ongoing development and support for professional qualifications and certifications.
We are committed to staff development, supporting your career progression within the department and organization.
