Description
1. Support the Product Manager in tasks around the product domain as required
2. Participate in scrum meetings and product sprints
3. Manage and prioritise backlog, keeping abreast of evolving requirements; and agree sprint goals, ensuring focus is on adding value and meeting the business goal.
4. Adapting to changes in requirements
5. Ensure epics and user stories are clear and concise and meet business requirements
6. Provide Product Owner sign off to completed user stories, ensuring definition of done is adhered to
7. Provide support to the team to address impediments and seek help from outside the team if required to resolve
8. Minimise technical debt built into product
9. Evaluate and monitor product progress, identify areas of improvement
10. Provide reporting on status and future deliverables roadmap to customers and key stakeholders.
11. Support team members to achieve company objectives along with promoting a positive collaborative atmosphere
