This progressive practice near Yeovil is looking for an established GP to take on a key leadership role within a well-supported, forward-thinking team. The position combines clinical sessions with protected leadership and development responsibilities, making it ideal for a GP wanting greater variety, influence and long-term career progression alongside a sustainable clinical workload.
Salary & Benefits
* £15,265 per session plus indemnity cover

The Role
* 6 sessions per week
* Minimum of 4 clinical sessions
* Leadership responsibilities available across:
o QOF
o Safeguarding
o Cancer
o Prescribing
o Quality Improvement
* Supervision and mentoring of junior clinicians and MDT colleagues
* Opportunity to lead and contribute to practice-based research programmes
* Involvement in training, education and supervision of staff and trainees
* Strong opportunity to build a genuine portfolio career alongside clinical practice
* You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
