Facilities Technician
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary 26k per year pro rata
Full time on site, Warwick
Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 4.30
We are hiring a Facilities Technician on a six month fixed term contract to support day to day site, stock and equipment activities at our Warwick site. The role is varied and is roughly split 50 percent desk based and 50 percent hands on activity.
Responsibilities include
• Warehouse support, receipt, pick, pack and ship
• Stock management, including stock counts
• Using Warehouse Management Systems for transactional activity, Microsoft D365 preferred
• PAT testing support (training provided)
• Calibration and equipment management
• Routine site maintenance and inspections
What we are looking for
Flexibility, accuracy and the ability to learn multiple systems and tasks quickly. This role covers a wide range of activities, so someone comfortable switching between different priorities will be best suited.
Essential skills
• confident using Microsoft systems, able to learn D365 quickly
• able to follow documented processes accurately and consistently
• physically able to lift stock and move equipment safely
• basic mechanical or technical competency so they can understand calibration, PAT processes and equipment handling
• can work independently without constant supervision and prioritise tasks logically
• strong attention to detail for stock counts and transactional data entry
• good written recording habits (because calibration, PAT, stock inspections all require documented evidence for audit)
Nice to have but not mandatory
• prior warehouse experience
• prior facilities or lab technician experience
• prior exposure to regulated industry is helpful but not required as long as they can follow process
