What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating strong relationships with a network of financial advisers
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
- Leading telephone-based outreach to open new accounts and grow existing ones
- Cold calling, following up on marketing leads, and attending industry events
- Scheduling meetings for your Senior BDMs (Zoom, phone, or face-to-face)
- Delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way
- Keeping CRM (Salesforce) up to date and using data to guide your activity
- Staying informed on market regulations and product knowledge
- Hitting quarterly and annual performance goals
