My client is a growing local business based in Scunthorpe. Due to continued year-on-year growth, they are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team.
Your new role
Working in a team of 4 finance colleagues, your key duties will include:
* Entering purchase invoices into the finance database using paperless software
* Allocating supplier payments in the database
* Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
* Preparing supplier payment runs mid-month and at month-end
* Assisting with the monthly credit card transaction process
* Performing other tasks as required by the Finance Manager
What you'll need to succeed
You should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
