About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Closer to join our growing sales team. This role involves working exclusively with pre-qualified, warm leads and your main responsibility will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and close deals efficiently and professionally over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow up on qualified leads for advertising on a bespoke in-house radio station over a range of different business sectors.
* Build rapport with potential clients quickly and professionally.
* Present and explain product/service offerings clearly and confidently.
* Handle objections and negotiate to secure a successful close.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales using CRM tools.
* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in telesales, phone-based closing, or inside sales.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
* Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
* Basic proficiency with CRM systems and email communication tools.
