Our Building Services team are looking for a Compliance Manager to join the team in Birmingham.
The purpose of the role will central control, overview, and the independent governance of the Building Services operating unit for Legal (Statutory & Mandatory legislation) and best practice engineering and compliance to Skanska OWOW policy, process and procedure.
You’ll:
1. Undertake engineering performance reviews and compliance reviews and recommend solutions for improvement
2. Oversee and co-ordinate site compliance teams, provide technical support and guidance, undertake technical investigations
3. Review and update OWOW process and procedure
4. Provide incident coordination and validation.
5. Work alongside the CAFM team / Head of Digital in the development of reporting and recording all aspects of compliance through the CAFM systems or other related systems, ensuring alignment.
6. Ensure you are aware of all current and impending standards and any other legislation as relevant to each specific FM / MEP site and to monitor engineering compliance levels to said standards.
We’re looking for:
7. Industry recognised qualifications and experience
8. ONC/HND in an Engineering Discipline (or Equivalent)
9. Diploma in Engineering Management
10. Proven experience as an operational Authorised Person
11. Proven experience in management of Estates Services or MEP Projects
