Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Officer: Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications across digital, print, social media, web and face-to-face channels. Produce resident-focused content including newsletters, FAQs, project updates, briefings and web copy, simplifying complex regeneration activity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information across websites and digital platforms. Plan and deliver community engagement activities including consultations, workshops, drop-ins, surveys and online events. Build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders and community groups, encouraging inclusive participation and feedback. Gather and analyse customer insight to support project decision-making, service improvements and resident outcomes. Support stakeholder engagement with local authorities, councillors, contractors, media and regeneration partners.
