The Liberty Project is BCHA’s specialist service supporting survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking. We work with individuals who have entered the National Referral Mechanism (NRM), delivering support under the Home Office Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract as a subcontractor to The Salvation Army.
We provide safehouse accommodation in Dorset and outreach support across Wiltshire, Devon and Cornwall. Our aim is to help survivors rebuild their lives and live independently, free from abuse.
We are looking for Project Administrator to focus on Data and Compliance coordinator to ensure our service meets all contractual, legal and quality standards.
You will be responsible for managing data, overseeing compliance, and making sure reports to commissioners are accurate and on time. You’ll work closely with managers to monitor performance, improve systems, and maintain strong governance across the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee data recording and reporting
* Ensure compliance with contract and safeguarding requirements
* Complete and review commissioner reports and submissions
* Monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement
* Support internal audits and policy reviews
* Maintain secure systems and manage user access
* Provide guidance to staff on data and compliance processes
About You
* Experience in data, compliance or governance
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident using databases and producing reports
* Able to understand and apply policies and guidance
* Experience in housing, support services or commissioned contracts is helpful but not essential

Knowledge of case management platforms such as Open Housing & Inform and ability to extract data from these
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel to handle data & conduct basic data analysis
Experience using Power BI to analyse data
Experience conducting surveys, focus groups and analysing qualitative information
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
