Vacancy | Referee Development Assistant Location: This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work remotely from the Berks & Bucks FA office (Milton Park, OX14 4SB), home and around the County. Salary: Band 5 (£22,200-£26,767) per annum, dependent on experience. Hours: 35 hours per week. (Requirement to work evenings and weekends, in line with the demands of the role). Contract: Full Time- Fixed Term Contract (Expiring June 2028). This role is to assist the Referee Development Officer with the recruitment, conversion and progression of Referees in order to effectively develop and deliver grassroots football. The successful individual will work alongside the Referee Development Officer to ensure that every individual who attends a Referee Course receives support to enable them to become a qualified referee.
