£13.10 per hour – weekly paid
Monday to Friday role 9.00am – 5.00pm or 8.00am – 4.00pm
Immediate role for 6 month contract with a view to be extended after this period
Key Tasks for the Administrator
1. To monitor incoming enquiries from all external parties, sites and departments and respond to the enquiry accurately and promptly.
2. Liaise with contractors to ensure all site procedures are attained and to highlight any concerns to the management team promptly.
3. To ensure that all contractors on site have provided the relevant documentation, including – but not limited to – risk assessments, method statements, insurance details and competencies, and that all documentation is valid, prior to any works being carried out on site.
4. To ensure that all contractors on UK sites are fully inducted and refreshed on a periodic basis, using the relevant presentation and checklists and issued the relevant permits to work.
5. To ensure that all sites are maintained to the highest standards, allocating qualified and approved contractors to carry out necessary work.
6. To ensure that during business hours, all contractors report back to the Facilities office to sign off site and close permits, checking all contractor documentation upon completion of works for any actions, queries or ongoing requirements to be undertaken,
7. To obtain quotes from suppliers for the most cost-effective solution with comparison options available from similar companies.
