An Exciting New Opportunity in Sprowston We are developing a bespoke property for a young man, “C”, in the Sprowston area of Norwich, and we're recruiting a dedicated support team to help him transition from his family home into independent living. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new, specialist team from the very beginning—helping to build a stable, consistent environment around an amazing individual with great potential for personal growth. About the person you will support “C” C is a bright, active young man who enjoys routine, structure, and community activities such as swimming, visiting the park, and getting involved locally. He thrives when supported by calm, consistent staff who can identify and manage triggers early using positive behaviour support (PBS) strategies. C may use behaviours that challenge, often to gain access to preferred activities or when something doesn't work as expected. He benefits from staff who can stay patient, proactive, and positive, providing reassurance and structure. Support also includes helping with daily routines and personal care.
