The Role - 60% Operational, 40% Coordination & Admin This is a true hands-on management role. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent on the warehouse floor, leading from the front across goods in, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control. The remaining 40% of the role focuses on coordination and administration, including: Invoicing and raising delivery documentation Scheduling logistics and liaising with couriers Managing stock systems, cycle counts, and discrepancies Reviewing and improving processes and proceduresYou'll take full responsibility for an 11,000 sq ft warehouse operation and lead a team of six.
