Crompton Primary School is a very successful, friendly and popular community school. The Governors and Headteacher are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher with strong leadership skills to help drive the school forward on its journey. We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who is dynamic and highly motivated as we further develop our core offer of educational provision to raise aspirations and continue our quest to create learning without limits for all of our children.
We are looking for a strong, dynamic and inspirational senior leader who:
* has the vision and values and dedication to work with the Headteacher to ensure the school continues to develop and improve
* to strategically lead and manage inclusion across the school
* is able to take a strategic role in curriculum development
* is committed to serving our children, families and community
* is an excellent classroom practitioner who leads by example and who motivates, inspires and challenges staff and children
* will develop the learning culture of the school
* will support, challenge and empower staff
* will foster children’s enjoyment of learning whilst ensuring high levels of achievement
* is approachable and able to build good relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and all other members of the school community.
