The Role You will play a key role in advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, often involving multi-faceted and business-critical issues. Your work will include: Managing a varied caseload spanning advisory, transactional, and contentious employment matters Supporting on employment litigation, tribunal proceedings, and dispute resolution Advising on complex workplace issues including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, restructuring and organisational change Assisting clients with HR investigations and sensitive internal processes Drafting and implementing employment contracts, policies, and governance frameworks Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions and business reorganisations Working closely with HR teams, in-house counsel and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic, solution-focused advice The team operates in a highly collaborative way, often working alongside specialists across other practice areas to provide seamless, joined-up advice to clients. About You You will be a qualified Solicitor with a strong foundation in employment law, ideally gained within a recognised employment or commercial practice.
