Construction Recruitment Branch Manager - Leeds £44,000 - £48,000 p/year depending on experience car allowance of £6,000 £15,000 - £20,000 commission in year one. Flexible working hours and hybrid working, 25 days holiday rising to 30 bank holidays. This role is to assume responsibility of a high performing trades and labour temps recruitment team and will also be a billing role. You will inherit a warm desk of around 30 temp construction candidates split across 8 clients. You will need to have significant experience in growing, coaching and mentoring teams, business development, contract negotiation and also be a strong motivator. You will be responsible for the growth and development of the branch and be part of the Senior Management team. Responsibilities: Create new business opportunities for the Construction division. Attend new and service visits with prospective and existing clients. Create a strong growth mindset culture within the branch. Coach and mentor the team. Integrate new clients in to the branch network for Consultants to recruit for Develop and implement sales strategies for achieving departmental goals. Negotiate pricing with new clients. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Communicate client requirements with the branch network. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the department. Identify opportunities for improvement.
