Key responsibilities:
* Manage your own portfolio of residential properties across the UK
* Arrange viewings and present offers - all from the office (no site visits)
* Negotiate sales and manage the full sales process
* Upsell additional services and earn extra commission
* Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
* Use Rightmove & Rightmove+ to assess market trends and pricing
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in property sales with a strong track record
* A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about property
* A team player with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset
What the role doesn't involve:
* No paperwork - handled by dedicated admin staff
* No site visits - fully office-based
* No multitasking - your sole focus is negotiating and closing sales
