We are currently recruiting for a Meetings and Events Junior Event Manager for our 5 Star Hotel The May Fair, A Radisson Collection hotel Overview: An amazing opportunity to join the team in Meeting and Events Operations as a Junior Event Manager As a Junior Event Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and coordination of events assigned to you with attention to detail and precision. You will ensure the execution of the event is seamless and always exceeding our guest expectations to make them feel special. You will ensure that tasks and responsibilities assigned to junior team members are carried out to the standards expected and will provide feedback where standards are not met. You will assist the team in handling any feedback or complaints received by guests and will do your best to resolve any problems immediately if you can. You will ensure that the team are working collaboratively together to ensure that service is seamless and that the working environment is enjoyable for all. You will support the M & E Operations Manager with training and development of the team where necessary. About You: You should have previous Meetings and Events experience within a similar environment. Previous experience of IT applications including Opera and Office 365. You will demonstrates excellent leadership skills, attention to detail and customer service skills and will be an approachable manager for team members to count on when needed. Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
