About The Role
We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Gormanach House in Surrey.
We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.
We provide a company vehicle for transporting individuals to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver’s license or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
