Our schools are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible cover supervisor to join our already spectacular faculties across south Bristol. The Role:

1. Based in and around south Bristol
2. Responsible for supervising work pre-set in accordance with the schools’ guidelines
3. Ensuring such work is carried out to the best of their abilities
4. To manage the behaviour of pupils whilst they undertake their work
5. Ensuring a constructive and positive environment is always enforced
6. De-escalating situations within the classroom in the correct way certifying safeguarding procedures are always adhered
7. Collecting of work at the end of the lesson and returning it to the appropriate recipient
8. Reporting any safeguarding concerns using the school’s referral procedures and safeguarding policies

About You:

9. Someone who truly cares for the education of children and thrives in an environment working with likeminded individuals
10. A person who has a passion for installing confidence, knowledge and skills into forming children into becoming members of society later in life
11. Somebody with desire to go the extra mile for their students and truly influence their futures
12. A character who truly makes a difference in the classroom and enjoys working with young people
13. Excellent communication skills; Verbal/written and reading comprehension
14. Degree Educated
15. Proven track record of positively impacting the lives of children, please note - this can be in any field

What We Need to Get You Started:

22. Right to Work in the UK ( Passport, Sharecode)
23. Two proofs of address ( driving licence, utility bill, or council tax letter)
24. CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with gaps explained
25. Two years of references (including childcare or youth work where relevant)
26. OSPC if you’ve lived overseas for three months or more in the last five years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
