What You’ll Be Doing
Your first 12 months
2. Build strong foundations through a structured 12‑month development plan combining formal courses, e‑learning and hands‑on training.
3. Deep‑dive into our instrumentation portfolio and learn how industries measure, monitor and control their processes.
4. Deliver engaging product overviews with support from experienced mentors and specialists.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities
5. Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries—working across phone, email and CRM.
6. Qualify opportunities technically and commercially, prepare quotations and manage follow‑ups.
7. Collaborate closely with Product Specialists, Senior Sales Engineers and Customer Care to solve problems and deliver exceptional service.
8. Use systems such as SAP, CRM, Salesforce and digital sales tools to progress opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
9. A degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Instrumentation & Control or another STEM field.
10. A genuine interest in technical solutions and a strong motivation to grow in sales.
11. Confident communication—both written and verbal—with a passion for helping customers.
12. A proactive, team‑orientated mindset and eagerness to learn.
