A new opening has arisen for a Professional Risks Broker to support commercial and financial institution clients. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail and a strong client focus, who enjoys balancing technical administration with relationship management.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Servicing existing accounts and handling renewals.
* Negotiating renewal terms and alternative quotations with insurers.
* Responding to client queries and liaising with insurers on policy changes.
* Preparing policy documentation for new and existing customers.
* Processing policies and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
* Supporting departmental targets by driving retention and growth.
* Liaising with senior leadership on audit findings and quality improvements.
* Promoting the company brand and cross-selling additional services.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of financial lines insurance or related products, though training will be provided. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service focus are essential.
