Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and P&L analysis for UK entity. Manage accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Partner with Heads of Department to explain financial performance. Assist with system migration and process improvements. Contribute to building stronger on-site relationships across teams. What We're Looking For Strong Management Accounting experience.
