Overview
The Environment Agency are committed to having an inclusive workforce to reflect the communities we serve. We seek diversity and inclusion for the benefit of our staff, our communities, and our environment.
About the role
Our newly established Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is focused on creating a centralised portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. We’re currently looking for two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the team. The team shapes and optimises project Portfolios, ensures strategic alignment, enhances decision-making, and provides evidence to manage risk across change and transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in change and transformation, with development opportunities and strong support from your team and peers. You will analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across the portfolio, help set the standards for benefits and value management, and embed them. You will help teams identify, value and validate their project benefits.
Team
You’ll join the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) within the Transformation Team of the STA (Strategy, Transformation and Assurance) directorate. The PMO supports change, transformation, and continuous improvement across the business. STA fosters inclusive, supportive cultures and uses evidence and innovation to influence policy and delivery.
