Planning Solicitor (NQ-3)
A well-established legal practice seeking a Planning Solicitor (NQ-3) to join it's team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of planning and consenting matters, supporting both private and public sector clients across Scotland. You will work on a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, gaining experience across development, infrastructure and regulated projects, with appropriate supervision and support.
The role will involve:

* Advising on planning and consenting processes under Scottish legislation
\n
\n
* Supporting applications, appeals, hearings and related procedures
\n
\n
* Assisting with infrastructure, development and compulsory purchase matters
\n
\n
* Working with colleagues across real estate and project-led teams
\n
\n
* Drafting reports, agreements and advisory documents
\n
\n
* Developing client relationships and contributing to team growth
\n
About you:
\n
* Is Scots law qualified (or dual qualified), NQ-3
\n
\n
* Has experience in, or a genuine interest in, planning and infrastructure law
\n
\n
* May come from private practice, the public sector or an in-house background
