A rare opportunity for a post at Ceredigion Archives, the County Record Office.
Join the Archives and Records Management team based in the Old Town Hall, Aberystwyth, assisting the public with historical research at the Archives, and providing administrative support to the authority’s information and records management service.
We seek someone with qualifications to graduate level, or previous relevant experience, with an interest in local history, good people skills and a proven record of discretion and administrative competence.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this post.

Customer Contact & ICT
Our service has a range of responsibilities from providing advice and support to the residents of Ceredigion to providing corporate support via our ICT, reception and mailroom teams. Our service is responsible for the following functions:
1. Civil Registration: Birth, deaths and marriages.
2. Corporate Customer Services: Blue badge; Contact centre; Mailroom and scanning; Receptions.
3. ICT and Information Management: Archives and modern records; ICT support; Infrastructure and security; Project and application support; Reprographics, Technical support, Software development.
4. Library Services
