You will lead technical development, shape product innovation, and work closely with customers and internal teams to create world‑class cooling solutions. Description Key responsibilities: Provide technical leadership in the design, sizing and validation of HVAC and liquid‑cooling systems (including ΔT, ΔP, pipe sizing, valves, separators and pressurisation solutions). Translate cooling requirements into new product concepts across valves, fittings, degassers, expansion vessels and related system components. Customise solutions for specific data‑centre builds, producing BoMs, valve schedules, layouts and installation notes. Monitor market trends, technologies and standards to inform long‑term product roadmap decisions.
