Join our client’s growing team and play a key role in energy and thermal modeling assessments using IES VE.
From early-stage design to final certification, you will contribute to a variety of projects, including SBEM and DSM assessments, Part L compliance, overheating analysis, and BREEAM/LEED energy credits.
We are looking for a proactive professional ready to jump in and collaborate with their energy modeling team.

Job Description:
* Conduct building energy assessments using IES VE, including SBEM, DSM, and overheating analysis.
* Support compliance evaluations for Building Regulations (Part L) and planning requirements.
* Contribute to sustainability assessments such as BREEAM, WELL, and LEED as needed.
* Present findings effectively to clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
* Manage multiple projects efficiently with strong organisational skills.
* Stay informed on the latest energy modelling practices and compliance standards.
