Youll be trusted to deliver quality electrical work across void properties, carrying out remedial works, maintenance, testing and repairs all while keeping the customer at the heart of what you do. Expectations are high, but youll be fully supported by a strong, experienced team who take pride in their work. What Were Looking For Completed Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ Level 3 & City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation AM2 18th Edition Wiring Regulations City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (Testing & Inspection) Solid testing experience Proven experience working in domestic properties Previous experience with a Housing Association, Social Landlord or Local Authority (highly desirable) Strong customer service skills and professional approach Full UK driving licence essential Due to working in customers homes, a DBS check is required.
