Care Assistant
Permanent – Full Time position at Middlesex Manor Care Home, 119 Harrow Road, Middlesex, Wembley, HA9 6DQ. 33 hours per week covering nights.

Middlesex Manor offers tailored care plans across dementia, nursing, respite, convalescence, palliative, Parkinson’s and young physically disabled care. Residents have 24‑hour call systems, en‑suite facilities, bright living areas, landscaped gardens, greenhouse, herb garden, vegetable patch and tranquil sensory garden.
Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to personal care.
* Observe and manage residents’ behaviour, documenting and reporting any changes in line with legislation.
* Support residents’ nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
* Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both group and individual.
* Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
What We're Looking For
* Motivation, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Desirable: Previous experience in a care home or a Health and Social Care qualification.
