PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: You will be responsible for the effective support of Purchasing team in daily administration tasks: SAP maintenance - materials prices updates, vendor data base, reporting Invoices reconciliation Database management - analysis, cleansing and consolidation Supplier meetings data preparation and overall support Daily purchasing activities - orders, room booking KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Business Knowledge: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook advanced user SAP environment knowledge or other MRP will be advantage Personal attributes: Excellent organisational skills, deadline adherence and exceptional attention to accuracy and detail Time management able to self-organize the work content Enthusiastic and with a high level of self-motivation to overcome obstacles Please get in touch for more info or share your CV with us for our review.
