We’re looking for an experienced Manager (preferably with Registered Manager experience) to work alongside the management team to provide stability, and deliver long lasting quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities of an Interim Mental Health Lead:
Support our Leadership Team in East Sussex.
Drive a culture of responsiveness, care, and commitment that puts people with support first.
Drive change transformation and champion quality improvement and compliance in line with CQC, Reach, NICE and other best practice standards.
Deliver service improvement plans in partnership with our East Sussex Service Manager and Head of Accommodation-Based Services.
Inspire and develop teams through coaching, mentoring, and practical support.
Interim Mental Health Lead Requirements:
Proven track record in mental health service leadership.
Strong background in quality assurance, compliance, and improvement.
A practical, encouraging, and resilient leader who can adapt quickly.
Ability to embed change effectively within a short timeframe.
