We're currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 16.25 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:
* Checking and storing all deliveries promptly and correctly
* Supervising a team and creating a positive, welcoming environment
* Being a responsible key holder
* Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
* Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
* Placing stock orders to maintain correct stock levels
* Delegating tasks and ensuring the team remains proactive
* Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Team Leader will have:
* Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
* Strong communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service
* A team player with a can-do attitude
* The ability to work under pressure while maintaining positivity
