Job Overview
This is a varied and responsible role supporting the day-to-day operations of the park office. The successful candidate must be confident working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* General office administration duties
* Working across multiple workplace computer systems
* Accurate data entry and record management
* Banking responsibilities and conducting safe checks
* Maintaining both hard copy and digital filing systems
* Providing excellent customer service to residents, holiday homeowners and visitors
* Handling enquiries in person, by telephone and by email
* Resolving issues and problem-solving as they arise
Essential Requirements:
* Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Professional and approachable manner
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Confident handling financial processes
First Aid training would be an advantage, although not essential.
We are looking for someone dependable, proactive and able to manage a varied workload within a busy park environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £250.00 per week
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
