Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks related to sales processes. This role involves monitoring the sales email inbox, distributing leads, allocating incoming payments, checking sales paperwork, collating non-standard price quotes, answering phone enquiries, and checking the status of customer projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Email Monitoring and Management:
* Monitor and manage the Sales email address.
* Respond to customer inquiries and route emails to the appropriate team members.
Lead Distribution:
* Distribute sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives in a timely manner.
* Track lead status and ensure follow-ups are conducted as necessary.
