Coordinate with the kitchen to manage food and beverage orders for events. Interact with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.
