Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Creative Services Traffic Executive to keep our global creative workflow running smoothly. You’ll coordinate the delivery of content across our project management tools and meetings, partnering closely with Senior Creatives and Project Managers to plan, schedule and track work, making sure the right resource is in the right place at the right time.
As the key point of contact for creative briefs from our global marketing teams, you’ll ensure every project is set up for success. Your clear communication, problem-solving skills and confident stakeholder management will help deliver high-quality work on time, every time.
Location:3 days per week at our North Acton office & 2 days WFH
What You Will Do
1. Manage the trafficking of multi-channel global marketing assets across design, artwork, copy, and video teams.
2. Prepare for and lead daily creative stand-ups, raising risks early and escalating issues where needed to protect delivery timelines.
3. Review and assess incoming briefs to ensure they are complete, clear and aligned; follow up on missing information and flag any out-of-scope requests to the Project Manager.
4. Spot delivery risks early, working closely with marketing channels and creative teams to resolve issues and keep everyone aligned — using Workfront as your main communication tool, alongside direct conversations where needed.
5. Monitor resource levels across Graphic Design, Artwork and Copywriting, highlighting peaks in demand and future bottlenecks to Senior Creatives and PMs.
6. Report weekly and monthly on brief volume, delivery and performance, providing context behind the numbers for key stakeholders.
7. Triage emergency or late briefs, advising Senior Creatives/Project Managers on feasibility, impact and recommended next steps.
8. Book freelance Creatives when required, managing the process, including IR35 checks.
9. Continuously refine our workflow and processes to improve efficiency and quality of delivery.
10. Champion best practice across tools and systems (especially Workfront), encouraging teams to follow agreed processes and meet deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
11. A solid grounding in traffic coordination, creative operations or project support within a studio or marketing environment.
12. Familiarity with retail content production; experience in fashion is a bonus.
13. Confident using project or traffic management systems, ideally Workfront.
14. Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
15. Strong Mac and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
16. A supportive team player with excellent attention to detail.
17. Clear and confident communication skills, able to keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
18. Strong organisational skills with the ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced setting.
19. Able to manage your own workload independently and handle multiple priorities at once.
