What You’ll Learn & Do: Be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, resolving issues by phone, email or ticketing system. Log, manage and update support tickets with clear, accurate information. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network problems. Escalate complex issues to second-line support when required. Help users navigate systems and tools with confidence. Learn how a real-world service desk operates in a fast-paced business environment. What We're Looking For: You’re on track for a 2:1 or above in a technology-related or business degree – or have deferred your studies to gain work experience. You have a natural problem-solving mindset and enjoy helping people. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms. A basic understanding of IT systems, Microsoft Office, and ticketing tools (training provided). Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from the ground up.
