Blackburn and Preston office based, full time permanent, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Napthens LLP is on the lookout for a Legal Assistant to join our Commercial Property Team, based in Blackburn and Preston, Lancashire.

What We are Looking For:
* A genuine interest in property.
* Legal experience working in a support role like conveyancing, commercial property, or real estate. You have used the land registry portal and understand SDLT. You may have post completion experience and be comfortable using case management systems.
* A flexible approach to working and supporting the team across two offices in Preston City Centre and Blackburn.
What You will Be Doing:
* Supporting clients with land transactions, tenancies, renewables, estate planning, and more.
* Working on everything from easements to diversification projects, clawback agreements, and unregistered land.
