As a programme we are building for the future and the implementation of FIT @80 in 2027 by lowering the abnormal FIT threshold, and therefore inviting more participants for further investigations. We are now screening our population from age 50 and provide ongoing 2 yearly screening for patients with Lynch syndrome. We pride ourselves on exceptional patient experience, and as we continue to move towards our ambitious strategy, we require a motivated professionals with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills to join us</p><h3>Main duties of the job</h3><p>You will work closely with a team of SSPs and administrators with support guidance and supervision from the Deputy and Lead SSP. The role will require you to apply advanced expert clinical knowledge and experience alongside evidence based decision making skills to support patients taking part in the programme</p><h3>About us</h3><p>You will act as the patients advocate supporting them to navigate the programme and make informed choices at all stages of the pathway.
