Job Description
Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor to join its Claimant-focused Personal Injury department. The firm deals with a broad range of cases, including:
* Personal Injury - Employer's Liability, Public Liability & Road Traffic Accidents
* Clinical Negligence
* Contentious Probate
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join a supportive and developing team. Additional training will be provided where required, and you will have the support of an experienced assistant.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a mixed caseload of injury matters, both pre- and post-litigation
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department
* Attend and contribute to networking activities
* Maintain and develop relationships with local businesses and referral partners
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' PQE in Personal Injury litigation
* Proven experience managing a diverse and litigated caseload
* Knowledge of clinical negligence and/or contentious probate (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* A proactive, reliable and effective team player
