A client within the Public Sector based in Kent is currently recruiting for a Head of Repairs to join their Property and Asset Management team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a repairs and maintenance environment.
Deliver strategic direction for responsive repairs aligned with regulatory standards and business goals
• Manage the day-to-day running of the in-house DLO, ensuring timely and quality repairs delivery
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive performance using data insights, and ensure strong health & safety practices
A technical qualification in construction, building maintenance or property management (e.g., A relevant management qualification (e.g., ILM Level 5 or equivalent leadership training)
• Excellent leadership and performance management skills in a fast-paced environment
